Installation Instructions for ESET NOD32 Antivirus

For home users or standalone business installations

Step 1: Download the Installer

1. Check your email for the installation link or file from Frozen Lake LLC IT Support.
2. If you received a download link:
   • Click the link and download the ESET NOD32 Antivirus Installer.
3. If you received an attachment:
   • Save the ESET_NOD32_Setup.exe file to your computer.

Step 2: Install ESET NOD32 Antivirus

1. Open your Downloads folder and double-click the installer file.
2. If prompted by User Account Control (UAC), click "Yes" to allow installation.
3. Follow the on-screen instructions and click "Continue" to proceed.
4. Accept the License Agreement, then click Next.
5. Choose "Typical Installation" and click Install.

Step 3: Activate ESET NOD32

1. When prompted, enter the license key provided by Frozen Lake LLC.
2. Click Activate and wait for verification.
3. If successful, click Finish and restart your computer (if required).

Step 4: Perform an Initial Scan

1. Open ESET NOD32 Antivirus.
2. Click "Scan Your Computer" to check for any existing threats.
3. Let the scan complete, and follow the instructions if threats are found.

Step 1: Download the Installer

1. Check your email for the installation link or attachment from Frozen Lake LLC IT Support.
2. Download the ESET Endpoint Security Installer (ESET_Endpoint_Security_Setup.exe).

Step 2: Install ESET Endpoint Security

1. Open your Downloads folder and double-click the installer.
2. If prompted by User Account Control (UAC), click "Yes" to proceed.
3. Click Continue, accept the License Agreement, and then click Next.
4. Select "Typical Installation" and proceed with the installation.

Step 3: Activate ESET Endpoint Security

1. Choose "Activate using Business Account or License Key".
2. Enter your business license key (provided by Frozen Lake LLC).
3. If using a managed installation, you may be asked to enter your organization's ESET Remote Administrator Server Address.
4. Click Activate, then wait for verification.

Step 4: Configure Updates & Security Policies

1. ESET Endpoint Security will check for virus definition updates.
